About me
A former university executive with a background in research and leadership, I am now enjoying semi-retirement. In addition to consultancy work, I remain active as a researcher and mentor, and I lead the free Employ-ability Initiative for students and educators worldwide.
I am an Adjunct Honorary Professor with Bond University Faculty of Society and Design, and Curtin University School of Management. I work as a senior consultant with Outside Opinion.
